It looks like you are using Hostgator for emails. You do not have an SPF record and should fix that:

Hi Laudian,

Thank you so much for getting back to me quickly. Once I received you message, I reached out to HostGator and they told me that you (Cloudflare) are the Name Server Provider and should be able to make a the change for me. They researched and saw a config change was necessary.

I am trying to send you the message from HostGator, but this chat will not allow me to send all of the SPF and DKIM record links.

How do I get this fix over to you to make the config change?

You don’t. You need to make all the necessary changes yourself.

I couldn’t make these changes for you even if I was a Cloudflare employee, which I am not.

OH lol… Laudian, I thought you were a CF employee. Youre very knowledgable and got me pointing in the right direction with regards to the SPF & DKIM records. This has been extremely helpful! Would you happen to know where I would make those SPF & DKIM config changes? Hopefully I can take it from there.
