Issue resolving windows update

Hello, your DNS have a little problem at my location, Buenos Aires. See below:

These IP is from Telefonica International Carrier (slow, non IXP, and expensive traffic).

EDIT: today gives 13.107.4.50 (Microsoft Brazil) and 192.16.48.200 (Verizon CDN). It’s OK.

Can you fix it? I do not want to make international traffic downloading updates. Thanks to be the first big DNS allocated in my country.

In the same situation as you, all my ISPs, both at home and at work, will look for things outside of Buenos Aires.
We return to the same thing that I have been talking about in another topic … ECS SUPPORT is necessary for these things …

These types of problems are going to be solved the day they enable the ECS SUPPORT on their servers, or take another rabbit out of the galley …
