Issue receiving emails from Custom Email

What is the issue you’re encountering

I am not receiving the email that are sent using my custom email address. I don’t know what to do.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have tried to send it with multiple email addresses and nothing seem to work.

Your MX records indicate that you are using Cloudflare Email Routing. That is an inbound-only email forwarding service. It does not offer a means to send email. You will need to consult with your outbound email service provider for guidance on how to send email.

Be sure to pay attention to their email authentication records: DKIM, DMARC, SPF. Only one SPF record is permitted, so you will need to merge theirs into your existing record.

Thanks for your response. Probably I did not explain the situation very well. I have been trying to send emails to my custom email address so I can get it forward to my main email address but I am not receiving anything. Nothing gets rerouted and I don’t know what I am doing wrong.

Have you successfully activated the address?

Is your destination a Gmail address?

Are you sending from the destination address that your custom address forwards to?

No success yet…I have been trying to use different emails addresses to send the email and nothing. And yes, my destination is an gmail address I created through workspace. It is the main admin.
