You’ll have to nag UB’s upstream provider, or UB’s tech department. But it looks like it’s the upstream provider who’s not letting it through. Not a huge surprise since these DNS addresses are a bit out of the ordinary.

I have notified who I can, however isnt de-cix-new-york.as13335.net owned by Cloudflare?

Can you email your source IP to [email protected] ? It’s quite likely the packets are being dropped on the return path when source is 1.1.1.1

This has been resolved.
The issue was located with the organization blocking things due to the former abuse of the 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 addresses
