Not from Cloudflare side.
Just Siteground (my hosting) support was checking and they said they don’t see any errors…

What is the site?
Can you check the origin (host) logs to see there are any 520 errors in the log around the time you encounter the error? I’ve not seen this message for a while (years) but recall it was typically generated from a timeout on the origin server.
