im stuck on a loop. i cannot delete the zone because it’s current status is “setup”

The correct was is to create a Billing Ticket here https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support by selecting Billing, therefore share your ticket number with us so we could escalate your case to he team. Thank you in advance.

The zone was deleted and i got an email notification that the domain is deleted.
If i add it again under free plan, it says “You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid. You should be able to do so in your Billing page.”

i keep trying but it doesn’t go past the part where i get to choose what plan to use.

when i choose any of the paid plan : Refer to https://cfl.re/3VUQyyL for assistance. The zone cannot be upgraded at this time.

unfortunately, the latest automated response is telling me that the ticket will automatically close.

customer support seems clueless on the situation and keeps giving a generic our outright wrong advise
