I am unable to add a custom domain to my cloudflare pages product. The CNAME has been added but I see: “Inactive (Error)” in the dashboard.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have added the CNAME and verified that it has been added.

You have CAA records that prevent Cloudflare from issuing a certificate for your domain:

dig +short j2ski.com caa
0 issue "amazon.com"
0 issue "comodoca.com"

Either remove these or add the CAA records for Cloudflare.
