This is a second-level subdomain so is not covered by Cloudflare’s Universal SSL certificates (which will only cover noisyboy.fr and *.noisyboy.fr).

If you really want to use www as a second-level subdomain you need to use the Advanced Certificate Manager…

In that case, why does it work for www.noisyboy.fr? Is it limited to one site? If so, I’ll make it available at www.media.noisyboy.fr.

www there is a first-level subdomain so is covered by the *.noisyboy.fr part of your Universal SSL certificate, as is media.noisyboy.fr. But you need a certificate covering *.media.noisyboy.fr for www.media.noisyboy.fr which is only available with Advanced Certificates.
