What is the issue you’re encountering

Able to login into mobile banking app , however when i attempt to use a mobile banking feature, i am directed to cloudflare. Humsn verification doesnt work . It spins and then cimes back with error and then an option to refresh.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Removed app and readded , turned off wifi , turned off personal VPN, downloaded app on another phone and there’s no issue ( issue with iPhone none with android)
