Is using Cloudflare for hosting Trojans possible?

Is using Cloudflare for hosting Trojans TECHNICALLY possible? I know its probably against Cloudflare’s ToS and would be taken down as soon as possible but is it technically possible?

I am using a program which i wouldnt expect to create a connection to a Cloudflare ip, “172.67.182.159:443”. I am suspicious about it. Could a program make a connection to Cloudflare which would then be redirected to a host who is listening on incoming connections for a remote access trojan?

The connection to this ip is constantly alive until the program sending it is closed. The program is javaw.exe, my modified Minecraft client. Modified Minecraft clients have been known to be RATs in the past so i am questioning whether this one is or not.
