Is this survey truly from Cloudflare?

Just received an e-mail from cloudflare (no-reply e-mail sender) about taking part in a 30 second survey regarding my experience as a PayPal user…

When clicking on the button does it lead to a Google form. While I could understand CF using Google Forms is it also triggering my alarms regarding possible scams, phishing etc.

So I want to quickly ask, if this truly is a survey made by Cloudflare. As mentioned is the e-mail sender no-reply and the domain is cloudflare.com… But I heard of possible ways of “hijacking” an e-mail in the past to send malicious mails with a legit looking adress…
