Is this scam or real?

Hi I got an email from cloudflare but I am confused if it is scam or not.

the person wants to call me I asked her to contact me from the cloudflare support panel but she keeps insisting to call me. her email is below.

I’d check the email headers for more clues on where this came from and if it is real or not (though I might suspect not.)

Upon checking on her name, I can see Sasha is working at Cloudflare as Business Development.
I am not sure what “issues” you are having but she is basically contacting you to guide you how to use Cloudflare features or promoting our products.
If you do not wish to receive such emails, you can simply email to her to unsubscribe.

In this context you should be sure

Just because she works for Cloudflare does not have to mean this was actually her. Impersonating an employee is fairly easy, even more so if she insists on calling you.

On which plan level are you and what did she actually want to discuss?

so I try copy paste emails from Saha, see below pls.

The email didn’t upload, maybe a screenshot (just redact personal information if you wish).

But the that chat was with William, right? If he told you that the email was from Sasha, it probably was.

On which plan level are you?

Afraid, @yuri1 needs to verify and confirm that.

I am just advising caution as the identity has not been confirmed yet and there are a couple of things which would suggest a scam.
