I setup everything correctly on my Cloudflare DNS record.
Im also sure I can connect from other pc with different IP to website via direct Ip address but when I try to connect use domain it says dns_probe_finished_nxdomain

Has nothing to do with Cloudflare, your registry is simply experiencing technical issues.
Same for .cf - Domain resolves slowly or not at all - #2 by Judge
You best contact your registrar or registry.
