Is there any way to hide the "Custom Billing Alerts" Popup?

Hi,
I’ve used cloudflare (FREE) for about 3 months now, and the popup custom billing alerts is quite annoying (lol).

I am using the free plan, and when I click “Configure”, It says this:

Product
Select…
No results found

And, I can’t create an alert.
How can I hide this?

You can delete the notifications as detailed at Understanding Billing for Add-on Services – Cloudflare Help Center

When I click on “Usage Based Billing”, I see this: [no results found]
