Is there any cdn & dns bandwidth limits on free plan?

Hi all!
Is there any cdn & dns bandwidth limits on free plan? My static site has millions hits daily. Does Cloudflare have such bandwidth possibility (cdn and dns requests)? And will it be free for me on free plan? Or, for example, first N queries are free, and all queries after - payable?

Side note: It is a bit disappointing that even Cloudflare misuses bandwidth for traffic.
