Is there a way of deactivating and activating Cloudflare on all domains at once on my account?

So according to CPanel, SSL domain validation can only be performed if Cloudflare is deactivated. The SSL domain validation has to be done so CPanel can issue an SSL. My question is there a way of deactivating Cloudflare on all domains at once that are on my account and then reactivate it again? If it involves a script, if you can give me an example, it will be much appreciated.

You’d have to craft your own script using the Cloudflare API:
https://api.cloudflare.com/#zone-settings-change-development-mode-setting

It might be easier to add your own Cloudflare Origin CA cert in cPanel if they’ll let you.

Thank you for your response. Using the example, is there a way of deactivating all of the websites on my account at once? This may seem like a dumb question, but I can’t see it from the the example.

Sorry, each zone (domain) is a separate entity in your account. You’ll have to do them one at a time.
