There is no phone support for free plans. Edit: but there is this community of other Cloudflare users, the Cloudflare Help Center, and the Cloudflare learning center to assist. If you need something the community cannot assist with, login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support.
I can see where it would be beneficial to both Cloudflare and the customer to offer a paid for support number for the pans to do not include a support number.
+1 to that. I will pass that along (and I agree). I’ve been involved with companies that offered incident support packs that were really popular & of value. Thank you.
Agreed, they should at least offer a callback service for paid accounts.
