Is there a bug about cancelling domain transfer?

I’m transfering a domain to Cloudflare.
Now, I want to cancel this process.
But I found that I can’t cancel it.
The function, cancelling transfer process, is not working.
How can I cancel the transfer process?

Have you tried to cancel the outgoing transfer from your existing/former registrar? Are you still encountering this issue?
