My employee quit his job. When I saw the list of server, I didn’t have any idea which one is not used. It just have DEV tag. I know IP address but I would like to know what domain use it.

If your domains are protected by Cloudflare, you could login to your dashboard and have a look at all domains and their configurations.
If you’re not a Cloudflare customer you should you better ask this question on StackOverflow oder ServerFault to get proper answers or tips.
Little hint: Do a nslookup on the IPs, perhaps there are reverse records set.
