I’ve just used cloudflare service, using free account. I am activating our site, but the dashboard is showing that it takes 24 hours to update.
If we change this account from free to business then the time to activate is shorten or not?
Please help us.

Registrars typically process nameserver updates within 24 hours. Once this process completes, Cloudflare confirms your site activation via email.
Site activation depends on nameserver change propagation time by your registrar. Usually this can be done within few minutes, but some registrars might have longer propagation time.
Upgrade from free to business plan does not shorten the activation time.
