I have a domain registered under an account that I can’t use to build a zone or website for the domain. Under the account I can’t manage the domain and or change nameservers.
Billing, stated that the troubled account does not with ownership of the domain.
I am really not sure I understand the issue. Can you share the name of the domain and what you want to accomplish?
