I downloaded WARP because like what was mentioned it makes your internet faster but these are the results in front you of guys

Warp doesn’t make your internet faster. It usually makes your packets take better routes and shorter trips when going far, with a potential small (or big, depending on the speed of your internet, as it won’t handle 1Gbps, for example) impact on speed.
Those are two test on different servers as well and for pure speed, on such close distances it will never exactly match, nor, obviously, exceed your home connection.
