Is it possible to use resize for images stored in R2?

I want to get the resized image through URL parameter.
We know it’s possible with Cloudflare Images.
However, uploading images to Cloudflare Images and other types of files to R2 is not what I want.
I would like to easily manage the file upload function and the callbacks for it.
Can I use the features of Cloudflare Images for images of files registered to R2?

Thank you for answer.
I’m using R2 and Images, but not Image Resizing.
And right now I don’t want to increase the cost just for the resize feature with R2 that I want.
