So one can enable 874a3e315c344b1281ad4f00046aab6f aka “definite bots rule” on their website. I was curious, is it possible to query an API, by IP, if said ip would be blocked by this rule?

Definite bot isn’t an IP address list. It’s a potential series of checks for bot vs. human based on ML algorithms and rules designed by Cloudflare.
