Hi everyone, I have a dedicated sever and 4 sites are running inside it and both sites have 1 ip and 4 sites are on same niche. Now I am using cloudflare for masking my IP. Is it possible to leak my real IP. Can google track my real IP ?
Thanks in advance
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

If the record is proxied then that will hide your IP address for that record. You will need to ensure it is not also exposed via other records (such as MX and SPF) since Cloudflare only proxies HTTP/HTTPS.
If the IP address was previously public in DNS records before using Cloudflare, it is likely logged in any number of history sites, such as securitytrails.com. Once behind Cloudflare it is sensible to change the server IP address, perhaps by using it only on IPv6 and a random address within the /64 in case it needs to change later.
Ensure the origin only allows packets from Cloudflare IP addresses.
