Is it possible to fetch the latest DNS records again for a domain you've already added to Cloudflare?

Say I added a domain to Cloudflare and it autopopulates the DNS records. A month goes by and I want to actually update my nameserver to point at Cloudflare, but I’m not sure if the DNS has changed on the original nameserver. I understand I can delete the domain from Cloudflare and then re-add it, but is there a button that will just fetch the records again?

If you can export your DNS settings in a BIND format you can re-import them via the UI.

Nope. CF collects the records only once. Missing records or recently changed ones must be added / edited manually. Or via @sandro 's suggestion.
