• Is it possible with Cloudflare to cache a specific request containing a specific cookie?
• If yes, is it possible to bust the cache with an API call?
• If yes, would it be way more costly than regular cached requests (order of growth)?
• If no, is that on your plans?

Yes.

I don’t think so. API calls are for making changes to your Cloudflare settings. You can purge cache with API, though.
