Is it possible to build a paid service on top of Cloudflare?

We’ve built a custom service worker that can speed up WordPress. We want to build a paid subscription service on top of this for our customers using WordPress.

The idea is: client’s site will be added to our Cloudflare account. We’ll deploy service workers and configure many other settings to optimize their site and will charge them a monthly fee.

If I do it without the Cloudflare Partnership program, is it against the terms?
