Is it ok to DDoS your own server?

I am hosting my own web server at home and also using Cloudflare’s protections. I want to try to DDoS my own server. I’m just wondering if this is legal because I have Cloudflare protecting me. It won’t be very big, and probably just a slow loris attack. The server is a Raspberry Pi 3 running Nginx with Raspian Stretchy.

Is it ok to do this?

I’d go with a Support Ticket on this one. That way you get an official, documented response.
