Thank you for asking.
Currently, as far as I know, Cloudflare does not support HTTP/3 to origin host/web server.
However, you can connect via HTTP/3 to Cloudflare (as visitor via Web browser) and then the HTTP/2 request goes to your origin host/server.
Hopefully we’ll get the updates soon about this feature as well via Cloudflare blog
