As Cloudflare Pro users, we utilize Stream to store several critical enterprise videos. Since September 5th, all our videos have disappeared. We have contacted support but have not received any replies. Is Stream a fully supported Cloudflare product, or is it simply a beta, use-at-your-own-risk product?
Stream is definitely a supported and growing product. Thank you for taking the time to write in. Let me see if I can find your ticket and get to the bottom of it.
