Is Cloudflare DNS Leaking?

#1

I’ve ran several benchmarks and I’m glad that 1.1.1.1 is the fastest.

But I’m having an Issue.
DNS leak test is throwing google dns as result everytime where cloudflare dns was configured (forced dns redirect and dnsmasq strict enabld)in my dd-wrt router. I’m calling it a leak cause my ISP uses google dns internally.
To cross-check i tried open dns servers in my router but It was not leaking like cloudflare.
Please solve this issue ASAP.

We have a good guide written here about uninstalling dnsmasq and instead using Unbound. Unbound supports DNS over TLS, which you can take advantage of to encrypt traffic between your router and our DNS server to prevent leaking.
