Is APO + WordPress plugin supported for subdomains?

I’ve purchased APO and installed on a small WP site in a subdomain, but it seems the cache is always bypassed with the following headers.

< cf-cache-status: BYPASS
< cf-apo-via: origin,cookie
< cf-edge-cache: cache,platform=wordpress

The only “strange” thing i have is that I have it installed on a subdomain. Is this supported? How can this be debugged otherwise?
