Yes. And that’s quite easy to test, just create a page rule for a test page forwarding it to the intended address with the QS.
However, please note that your page rules need a wildcard * to forward all pages from a domain into another. You may prefer to add 2 wildcards so that only one page rule does the job for both naked domain and the www variant, since the forwarded-to address appears to be the same.
