IPv6 Disable still IPV6 working

Hi,

We have IPv6 disabled using API

But in wordpress whenever I access widget area in my website

It throws some error 401

On further invetigation I found these in my error log

Strange thing is seeing IPv6 address. Why?

If I access site directly (bypassing Cloudflare using hosts file), thing work fine.

OK, On Further investigation I find all error 404 401 show IPv6 address. So it is not an issue. But why it is throwing an error is yet to be known.
