IP unrecognized

WHAT THE ■■■■ is up with the lack of support here?

It took two hours to find this form!!!

We are having email deliverability problems so I need to set up SPF/dkim/dmarc for the funklaw DOT com domain , which is registered with Cloudflare

When I log in using my credentials (below):
REDACTED
password: REDACTED

… I get this message:

You’re attempting to log into Cloudflare from an unrecognized IP Address. Please enter the Authentication Token that was sent to the email associated with this account.

However, no Authentication token is coming to my email address!!!please help!

Also our IT person died last month, it is possible the “token” is going to his email address but we do not have access to that address.

We are a law firm in Austin, TX. I can be reached at any of the following:

Welcome to the Cloudflare community. where you have reached community members who provide support and generally aren’t fans of profanity.

The registrar for funklaw.com is Verisign. Cloudflare is hosting DNS for the domain.

The email is going to the address entered when attempting to log in. If you don’t have access to that address you’ll need to create a new account and set up whatever DNS records are needed for the domain and make the appropriate changes at the registrar. That will include the addresses for the website and any other associated services.

On the off chance you’re entering your own email address it may be you’ve previously told Cloudflare not to email you and your email is on an email suppression list. If so you’ll need to clarify which address specifically you’ve used.

If you are an enterprise customer you can contact your account team and there may be other recovery options available to you.

In the meantime, stop off at Vamanos around the corner, try the Queso Blanco and their Paloma. Tell Chris I sent you.

lookup.icann dot org/en/lookup says the registrar is ENOM, so I’m trying to get access there. Not sure what Verisign is.

And I do not have access to the dead guy’s email account.

I’m not sure why Cloudflare is even in the picture… we are registered with ENOM and hosted at WPEngine.

Thanks

Ok, thank you.

It’s sounding like, since we can’t access our old IT guy’s cloudflare account, I have to start a new cloudflare account and somehow move the site over to the new account.

Thanks again, everyone. Wish us luck!!!

We changed the DNS nameservers and our site immediately went offline:

funklaw DOT com

Loads for me, are you still seeing issues?
