Ip list missing email routing servers?

I wanted to limit my SMTP server to Cloudflare networks only, but it looks like the official ip list (google it - this board doesn’t allow links) isn’t complete - I get requests from 104.30.X.X for example.

Is this list of IPs outdated, or does it not apply to email routing?

The Cloudflare email prefixes are documented here.

The current prefixes are:
104.30.0.0/19
2405:8100:c000::/38

I’m not aware of them being available by API, but they probably should be.
