IP List for Custom Rule Not Logging Hits

So I set up a list of IP addresses I wanted to allow through most of my security rules (it’s Ezoic) a few days ago. I know ads are being shown so some/all of the IPs are getting through. But in Security Rules, there have been no hits against the rule that has the list attached (the CSV list was added via Account→Configurations→Lists).

Is that normal for a List-based rule or have I configured it wrongly?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

  1. Tried to check for similar questions on the forums
  2. Tried to run a trace using one of the IP addresses using X-Forwarded-For header: it went through but I don’t know if the trace can work by “pretending” to be from an IP address that it’s not really.
  3. Left asking the question for a couple of days for the rule to “take”.
  4. Contacted Ezoic, who have literally just said “allow list the IPs”.

I wanted to use a list rather than manually adding each one, now I think I would’ve saved time manually adding each one! But now I’m here, I’d rather know whether I’ve messed up or whether it’s working.
