IP exposed (all orange)

I was wondering why the amount of attacks to my IP is increasing.

I just saw that this site Find Website IP Address, Get Site IP | IPVoid
shows a CF and my real IP.

Everything is set to “orange”.

What can the cause be and does anyone know how to protect my IP?
