I have a domain in Arsys and that platform asks me for an IP to put in alan.ns.cloudflare.com and in rihana.ns.cloudflare.com
I would like to know what it is?

Finding the IP address of your Cloudflare Nameserver covers finding the IP.
The nameservers have more than one IP, but I guess it doesn’t let you put in multiple, it shouldn’t matter and the ones you have put in are correct for those nameservers.
