A specific IP cannot access proxy-enabled sites in Cloudflare.
IP: 187.45.193.166
It is not in the “security > wof” list and it is not listed in “security > events”.
May I know what is the error shown, does it come with a RayID at the bottom?

In fact the IP in question cannot access any website from my Cloudflare account.
There are no blocks, neither IP nor ASN, however, when I disable the Cloudflare proxy, the IP can access normally.
A cURL test returns: [http_code] => 0
