When they say site owner, do they mean Ontraport or my company directly?
I talked to Ontraport support and they said: Okay, it looks like the IP address being used is still a VPN. Do you know if the user has any privacy plugins enabled by chance? Or if they can double check the VPN has been disabled?
First of all, I don´t use a VPN, and don´t have privacy plugins installed either (at least not that I know of)… So, I don´t know what to do next.
If the site owners say you are using a VPN then thats the issue as they see it - they set the rules for who gets access to their site
If you are on a company PC / Laptop / Phone then talk to your IT Support and see what they can come up with as your company may have additional security setup on your device or your device may use security by default
