IP block misfire. Can't access a website, website owners can't find the issue

What is the issue you’re encountering

Unable to access a website

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Contacted the website’s support, provided them with my account, email, IP and Ray ID but they could not determine why the issue exists. My account is still accessible if i switch to my cell data, so the issue had to be a some kind of misfire from cloudflare. And no the issue is not on my side, i’m not using a vpn, no proxy networks. The ISP did not block the website, it’s not a firewall, browser, antivirus or any other issue on my side. I need a direct contact with someone that can lift the restriction with my provided IP and Ray ID.

Website owners can literally do what they want to do with their websites, that’s beyond the control of Cloudflare, even when the website owner choose to use Cloudflare.

Contact the website owner, and at the bare minimum, include the Ray ID you see on the error page, and they will be able to dig deeper in to the situation with you.

The owner of “civitai.com” is the only party that can do that.

If the website owner does not want to help you to get back on to their website, then you will have to find another website to use.
