IP addresses being flagged as bots and blocked

Hi,

New to Cloudflare. We have a website where users upload files. I’ve had to create page rules to allow files to be uploaded, but some users are still getting HTTP errors and I can replicated it.

I have a VPN through AWS, and when I try to upload a file through AWS, I get the HTTP error. However, when I am not running through my VPN and am on my regular ISP, it works fine.

I can see where its getting logged in the activity log under the firewall and getting blocked.

How can I get around this?

This should also tell you what setting/rule blocked the request to you can change your settings.

From the Help Center:

A request blocked by WAF Rule ID 949110 refers to the new OWASP rules. Decrease OWASP sensitivity to resolve the issue.
