Sunyatacentre.org twas with Cloudflare. We were asked from the hosting company to change the MX records because they are changing platform. We couldn’t find either the email nor the password to log into Cloudflare to do that. I then created a new account and tried to transfer the website to there. The website isn’t working anymore and we can’t access Wordpress admin log in. We would need to know what IP address the Cloudflare “A records” (not the Cloudflare nameservers) used to point to on the old account?

That means you imported the proxy addresses, which is why you get that error. You need to drop those DNS entries and set up the correct ones. Contact your host for a list of necessary DNS entries.
