We have one customer who’s device is receiving a Managed Challenge response when their device attempts to communicate with our API. Since their device is running our application, it doesn’t know how to handle the response and ends up showing an error. When I download the report from Cloudflare, I see a ruleId of “badscore”, but nothing else. Is it possible to get more information about what’s causing the bad score?
