What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We tried to log in to our account but today it gives us the above error.
Unfortunately the email address to which the token should arrive is no longer active and we cannot recreate it.

What is the current SSL/TLS setting?

Off

Recovering the account will require access to the email used from the account. Your only option for recovering the account would be to recreate the email.

Alternatively you can always move the domains in your account to another Cloudflare account:
