You’ve requested a page on a website (www.gracenmercy.org) that is on the Cloudflare network. Unfortunately, it is resolving to an IP address that is creating a conflict within Cloudflare’s system.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?
The IP address is from Canva and I purchased my domain from an external provider. Cloudflare’s hostnames were entered into the external domain provider’s website so that cloudflare could work.
Below you will see canva’s instructions to enter into DNS RECORD and theater cloudflare has what is needed to work but it’s still not. Canva’s IT told me to reach out to the host.
Confirm you have set the records as the. Describe and set them to if they are expecting to validate them based on the actual values in place. I don’t use the tool so I don’t know anything about it.
