Either the IP address is incorrect or you’re pointed to a partner/ pages using Cloudflare where the hostname isn’t configured.

Where did you obtain the IP address you have configured for this record?

The IP address is from Canva and I purchased my domain from an external provider. Cloudflare’s hostnames were entered into the external domain provider’s website so that cloudflare could work.

Below you will see canva’s instructions to enter into DNS RECORD and theater cloudflare has what is needed to work but it’s still not. Canva’s IT told me to reach out to the host.

Confirm you have set the records as the. Describe and set them to :grey: if they are expecting to validate them based on the actual values in place. I don’t use the tool so I don’t know anything about it.

I’ve check all of the records and those that can be set to proxied are already set to proxied.

Set them to DNS only not proxied.

Ok. I’m on it.
Should I give it a day or so to update and see what happens?

30 seconds. If it doesn’t work it is a DNS record pointing where you vendor has specified and it is an issue for them to resolve.

You are amazing! It worked!!! Man, you saved the day! I really appreciate your help!
