I’m having a problem accessing one of my sites that are on the Cloudflare CDN, Cloudflare’s IP addresses are being blocked by the operator Claro Brasil.
I would like some help on how to solve the problem.
Here are the addresses that are blocked:
172.67.69.159
104.26.2.19
104.26.3.19
Other Cloudflare IP addresses from other domains work normally, only the ones above are being blocked.
I am afraid you will have to contact your ISP about that. These addresses should not be blocked and only your ISP can fix that, Cloudflare has no control over that.
You could try adding the domain to another Cloudflare account, which may assign different addresses, but you may not have a guarantee for that nor that these addresses are not blocked either.
Cloudflare should have direct access to the operators’ network team, which facilitates contact and problem resolution.
I would have to contact customer support by phone and in this support no one understands networks. if anyone has the contact or channel that can report the problem directly to the operator’s network team, please let me know.

Unfortunately Cloudflare cannot contact every single provider in the world if they decide to block addresses. This is something the respective customers need to bring up.
As mentioned, you would need to contact the ISP or you could try the alternative ways but Cloudflare has no control here.

How do I allocate my domain on Cloudflare to other ips addresses?
