The IP address from your error output, “2a01:111:f403:c112::”, is a Microsoft IP address, and has nothing to do with Cloudflare.
Cloudflare cannot change it for you.
The only ones that would be able to help you, regarding your email deliveries through Microsoft Office 365, would be Microsoft.

This error message is frequently given by Google (Gmail), when they do not see proper DKIM or SPF alignment for the specific message, when it reached their infrastructure.
I will therefore suggest that you go through all your email providers, and verify that DKIM is set up properly, with an exact match between the domain in the “From:” header and the “d=” field of the “DKIM-Signature:” header.
I disagree. The problem is on Cloudflare’s side because you are my Domain provider. I need you to create records on your site, then Microsoft will be updated automatically. I need to add DNS records for DKIM and SPC, but your company has locked access for me to make any changes. How do I get you to unlock my site, so I can make the changes with Microsoft’s assistance?
